Eyebrows Microblading

What is Eyebrows Microblading?

If you are unhappy with the shape, fullness or over all look of your eyebrows, then chances are that Microblading is for you! We at Spring Mist Spa Milton are always happy to help clients reach their aesthetic goals.

Eyebrows are inarguably the most important facial feature. Although often overlooked, the pair end up shaping the entire face. Keeping them thin, thick, tapered, bold or feathered can make the world of a difference to how your face is perceived by others.

As much as we hate to admit it, we weren’t all born with beautifully thick, perfectly shaped eyebrows that arch in all the right places. Some of us need a little extra help to get that special “oomph” and Spring Mist Spa is pleased to give you just that!

Benefits of Eyebrows Microblading

Microblading can give an incredibly natural and realistic look. It dramatically corrects or even fully reconstructs the eyebrows. It is the perfect solution for over-tweezed and thinning brows. Even those who don’t suffer from severe eyebrows issues can benefit from just a slight brow enhancement.

Ready to treat yourself?

Microblading is one of the latest, and most effective, techniques that have hit the market to save all those who suffer from what we like to call SES (Sparse Eyebrows Syndrome). The procedure is done by using a pen-like tool that will gently etch each “hair stroke” into the skin. The aesthetician will choose a pigment that best matches the natural color of your eyebrows.

Cost:

$450.00
includes a touch up session 4 to 6 weeks after the initial treatment.

FAQ:

This semi-permanent procedure is a nearly 2 hour process to reconstruct and redefine your eyebrows. It is a meticulous, detailed process so the large time slot is required to ensure that the brows are done correctly and to your satisfaction.

Although different for everyone, the healing process takes 25-30 days. This does not mean that your brows will not look good for that time but just that it may take one month to see the full results of the treatment and to allow the pigment color to set in. Post treatment, the brows are extremely dark and it will be difficult to see the “hair strokes” but as the brows heal the look will become softer and more natural. No down time is necessary.

The pain from the service is minimal especially since a topical numbing cream is used. Most people categorize it as just slight discomfort. The procedure is most commonly described as feeling light scratches along the brow bone. No discomfort felt after the service is over.

Yes! One touch-up is necessary 4-6 weeks post treatment for a 1 hour touch up session. This allows the client to pick out anything they want to be changed – add more brush strokes, adjust pigment color, refill certain areas etc. After this initial touch up, it is advised to get another one every 12-18 months to maintain a fresh look and extend the longevity of the brows but this is not required.

Risks associated with Microblading are not common. Post treatment it id normal to see redness, slight swelling and experience a light sun burn feeling for extra sensitive clients. This should go away within 12-48 hours post treatment. Clients are permitted to take Tylenol but not Aspirin or Ibuprofen. As always, please notify your medical aesthetician of any health concerns you may have (diabetes, blood pressure, blood thinners etc.).

While traditional semi-permanent makeup and tattooing will only create one solid fill across your entire brow, Microblading is a less invasive process that uses a special pen to draw individual strokes along the brow that imitate real hair. Your esthetician can create a gradual fill throughout your brow that will more closely resemble real eyebrow hair growth. If you are looking for a more natural and blended look for your eyebrows, then
